Xin.sg is very entertainment driven while OMY is a more broad-based portal. Business model is indeed slightly different and OMY seems to be a complement/friendly competitor to STOMP than Xin.sg

至於把8/u官網出現的娛樂報道轉到xin.sg呢, 就是因為從老總角度考慮, 一場才華初選, 新動網, 8/u官網, i周刊, 華文新聞組(與新動網屬同一部門)都派員採訪, 是否浪費總公司資源? 何況這樣可以把更多人手撥去寫專供網絡讀者的新聞/加快新聞更新速度

The designer take all the credit not shame.
